Recently found on one of the freelancing boards:
Description
A clone/compilation of 8tracks.com, lala.com, koyote.com (MP3 converter and studio) with appropriate modifications. The key to the project are:
1) an MP3 player that, in adition, must support a payment platform and be downloadable to users’ and/or affiliates’ own pages
2) Mp3 converter (koyote.com’s Free MP3 converter) and large media file uploader (quick and able to read and categorize tags)
3) playlist building and management, based on user’s uploads or using a large music catalog/database (drag and drop function like in 8tracks.com)
4)users’ dashboard/my music pages with selectable communication/networ building functions
