Thoughts on the iSlate
I’m a little skeptical of the iSlate. In computing I see three distinct devices: desktop, mobile, and the cloud. They all stand on their own with their unique characteristicts.
For the iSlate to be useful, it will have to have enough unique characteristics for it to stand on its own. If not, folks will regress back to the desktop or mobile device.
